What's HHC?

HHC stands for hexahydrocannabinol

Hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) is a cannabinoid, a class of compounds found in the cannabis plant. Structurally, it's related to THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the primary psychoactive compound in cannabis responsible for the "high" sensation. However, HHC differs in its chemical structure, leading to distinct effects and potential benefits.

Why is Douce Rose infusing its edibles with HHC?

We are using HHC because our customers like it better. The high provided by the HHC is body-focused. By increasing the dosage, you can have a high similar to THC.

Our customers claim experiencing euphoric moments, having anxiety-free experience, having a better night of sleep, and waking up fresh and relaxed.

Is HHC legal?

The Hemp Farming Act of 2018 was a proposed law to remove hemp (defined as cannabis with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC) from Schedule 1 controlled substances and make it an ordinary agricultural commodity. Its provisions were incorporated in the 2018 United States farm bill that became law on December 20, 2018.

Our edibles are derived from federally legal hemp. This means they are federally legal, thanks to the Farm Bill of 2018.

Each state has its own laws relating to the legality of hemp-derived products. It is your responsibility to know whether HHC is safe in your respective state (check if your state is eligible for shipping).
